For thirty years Europe outsourced its security.  

The wake-up call came in 2022.  

The excuses ended in 2025.


European Defence Fund exists for one reason: to privately finance the rapid, sovereign rearmament and industrial localisation that Europe must achieve before the end of this decade — without adding a single euro of new public debt and without giving away strategic control.


We are 100 % privately funded.  

We do not raise money from pension funds, retail investors, or sovereign wealth funds.  

We do not issue securities.  

We do not answer to anyone except the governments and institutions we serve.


What we do finance — today:


- Next-generation air defence and missile systems (local production)  

- European 6th-gen combat aircraft components and final assembly lines  

- Naval programmes (frigates, submarines, unmanned) with EU shipyards  

- Armoured vehicle and artillery localisation (Poland, Baltics, Southern Europe)  

- Cyber-defence and space-resilience clusters  

- Secure ammunition and critical raw-material supply chains  

- Dual-use R&D that turns civilian tech into battlefield advantage within 24 months  


Every contract includes mandatory, audited technology transfer and minimum 70 % EU/EEA value-added.  

Export-control compliant. Sanctions-free jurisdictions only.


We are not a lobby group.  

We are not a think tank.  

We are not waiting for the next European Council summit.
